Connecting Communities
Part of the countywide service operated by Suffolk County Council, we are the local operator for Ipswich & Mid Suffolk areas. The service is available from 7am – 7pm Monday – Saturday and offers affordable transport solutions for people, door to door.

Community Cars
This is a volunteer-led transport which provides door-to-door transport, one to one (or in a family group) to get you to where you need to be. All of our volunteers have enhanced DBS and are dementia and first aid aware.

Private Hire
As part of our fleet, we also have two mini-bus vehicles which can transport up to 15 people (plus our driver). If you are looking for group transport for an event, club or activity, get in touch for a competitive quote.

Working in partnership with Red Gables, Suffolk County Council, Mid Suffolk District Council, Stowmarket Dementia Action Alliance & The Mix, our tri-shaw is available to book free of charge for individuals and community visits.

Simply call the Transport Office on 01449 614271 where one of our team will be happy to assist you in booking your journey. If you are a new passenger to Communities Together East Anglia, we will need to take some basic details from you so that we can register you on our system.
