Felixstowe (CAN)

Felixstowe CAN is a new hyper-local action project to bring together all of the fantastic community groups, activities and support to make it easier for people to access and find out what may be appropriate for them. The CAN will be co-ordinated through Communities Together East Anglia with a dedicated co-ordinator working in Felixstowe and surrounding area.

This will include:

  • Single point of access telephone number to access support
  • Felixstowe CAN website with information about all partners, support, services, community groups
  • Online referral system that will be managed by the Felixstowe CAN Co-ordinator, bringing together a local support network
  • Community Volunteering Programme – including BeAFriend for all adult ages

Please note:  This project is in the planning stages, but if you are interested in finding out more, we’d love to hear from you – you can email us at info@communitiestogether-ea.org or call us on 01449 707030.
